We offer standard delivery (3-5 business days) and express delivery (1-2 business days) across Ireland. Free delivery is available on orders over €60. International shipping is also available - please contact us for rates.

Standard delivery within Ireland costs €9.04 for orders under €60. Orders over €60 qualify for free delivery. B2B wholesale customers get free delivery on orders over €150. Express delivery is available for €9.95.

Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Express delivery takes 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

We offer a 30-day returns policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Free returns are available for orders over €60.

To return an item, please contact us at info@sportsfoodsireland.ie or call +353 1 840 0403. We'll provide you with a returns label and instructions. Items should be returned to: Unit 12 Northwest Centre, Northwest Business Park, Blanchardstown, Dublin D15 YC53.

Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Klarna's Pay in 3 and Pay Later options are completely interest-free when you pay on time. However, late payments may incur fees charged directly by Klarna. We recommend reviewing Klarna's terms and conditions before completing your purchase. Sports Foods Ireland does not charge any additional fee for using Klarna.

Yes! We have a dedicated B2B wholesale programme for gyms, sports clubs, retailers, physiotherapy clinics, coaches, and other businesses. Our wholesale customers get access to exclusive ex-VAT pricing, a dedicated B2B portal, and priority support. To apply, please visit our B2B Portal or contact us directly.

Applying is easy. Visit our B2B Portal and register your business. Once your account is reviewed and approved, you'll gain immediate access to wholesale pricing and the full B2B order portal. Approval typically takes 1 business day. You can also email us at info@sportsfoodsireland.ie with your business details.

Wholesale pricing is available ex-VAT (23% VAT excluded) across our full product range. Discount levels depend on the product and order volume. B2B customers also benefit from free delivery on orders over €150 and access to exclusive bulk pricing tiers. Log in to the B2B Portal to view your personalised pricing.

There is no strict minimum order quantity for wholesale orders. However, free B2B delivery applies to orders over €150 (ex-VAT). For very large or pallet orders, please contact us for a custom quote and delivery arrangement.

B2B wholesale customers can pay by bank transfer (EFT), credit or debit card, or invoice (for approved accounts with agreed credit terms). Klarna is not available for wholesale orders. If you require invoice payment terms, please contact us to discuss your account setup.

Yes, all B2B orders come with a full VAT invoice. You can view and download your invoices at any time from the B2B Portal under your order history. If you need a copy of a past invoice, contact us at info@sportsfoodsireland.ie.

We do not currently offer drop shipping or white-label products. All products are sold under their original brand names. If you have a specific partnership proposal, please get in touch at info@sportsfoodsireland.ie and we'll be happy to discuss.
