Pack Your Item
Place the item in its original packaging (if possible) and include your order number.
Ship It Back
Send the package to our returns address. We'll email you a prepaid label for faulty items.
Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
